Most results last 1–3 years depending on skin type, lifestyle and sun exposure. Annual or biennial touch-ups keep color and shape fresh. We'll recommend a 6–8 week initial touch-up to perfect pigment and long-term maintenance.

Topical numbing is applied, so most clients report mild pressure or tugging rather than sharp pain. Sensitivity varies; procedures typically last 45–90 minutes. Communicate discomfort and we’ll adjust numbing or technique to ensure comfort.

Avoid blood-thinning medications, alcohol, caffeine and aspirin for 24–48 hours before your appointment. Stop retinol and certain skin treatments one to two weeks prior. Arrive with clean, makeup-free brows and lashes; bring medical details if needed.

Initial healing takes about 7–14 days with light scabbing and flaking; pigment appears darker at first. Keep the area dry, avoid makeup and sun, and follow aftercare ointment instructions. Final color settles by four to six weeks.

A consultation is required if you have medical conditions. Contraindications include pregnancy, active skin infection, recent chemotherapy, uncontrolled diabetes, and certain blood-thinning medications. Some conditions may allow treatment after medical clearance or physician approval.
