Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Almost Full Body Waxing.

Most clients experience smooth results for about three to six weeks, depending on hair growth cycle, hormones and lifestyle. Regular waxing can gradually reduce regrowth and extend the time between appointments for many clients.

Discomfort varies by individual and sensitivity, but our technicians use gentle techniques, warm wax and calming measures. Pain is typically brief and decreases with repeated sessions as hair grows back finer.

For best results, allow hair to be about 1/4 inch long, exfoliate lightly the day before, avoid heavy sun exposure or lotions, and arrive clean. Avoid topical retinoids or strong acids prior to your appointment.

Appointments generally last between 45 and 90 minutes depending on hair density and any custom requests. We recommend arriving a few minutes early for consultation and comfort to ensure timely service.

Waxing is generally safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but comfort and sensitivity may change. We can modify services if needed; consult your provider if you have pregnancy-related medical concerns first.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, intense exercise and sun exposure for 24-48 hours. Use gentle cleansers, soothing aloe or calendula products, and exfoliate after 48 hours to prevent ingrown hairs and maintain smooth results.
